Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher (or 23 or higher if you are Asian).
- You have prediabetes (based on a blood test) or you have had gestational diabetes in the past.
- You have never been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and you are not taking any diabetes medication.
- You are not pregnant, and you do not have any serious condition that would make it hard to participate (such as dementia, recent major surgery, or a terminal illness).
- You are not currently taking part in another clinical trial.
