Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • You have frozen shoulder in one shoulder only (not both) and it hasn't been caused by another condition.
  • Your frozen shoulder is in stage 2 or 3 (the freezing or frozen stage).
  • Your shoulder movement is less than half of normal in at least one direction (like lifting your arm up, out to the side, or rotating it outward).
  • You haven't had any treatment for this shoulder problem before (like physical therapy, injections, or surgery).
