  • You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder in one shoulder only.
  • Your shoulder movement is limited but not completely frozen.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have not had any other shoulder injuries like a torn rotator cuff.
  • You have not had previous treatment for frozen shoulder.
