Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old
- You have limited-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer only in one lung and nearby lymph nodes)
- You have completed 4 cycles of chemotherapy (cisplatin or carboplatin plus etoposide) and radiation therapy within the past 1 to 42 days
- Your cancer has not grown after chemoradiation (it is stable or smaller)
- You have not had immunotherapy or certain anti-angiogenic drugs before
