Who can take part
- You have stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (specifically T3N2M0), and doctors think it can be fully removed with surgery (R0).
- You are 18 or older, and your day-to-day function score (ECOG) is 0 or 1.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans in the last 28 days.
- You have not received any whole-body cancer treatment before, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation.
- You can provide tumor tissue for PD-L1 testing (fresh or from the last 6 months).
- You have no other cancer in the last 5 years and don’t have major uncontrolled illnesses (like serious heart/brain problems, active cirrhosis, or severe lung disease).
