Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have stage IIA to IIIA non-small cell lung cancer.
- You received PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor and chemo before surgery, and your tumor did not fully disappear.
- Your surgery removed all visible cancer (R0 resection), and this trial starts 4 to 12 weeks after your operation.
- You are in good general health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
- You have no other active cancer within the past 5 years (except certain cured early-stage cancers).
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
