Mouth exercises and CPAP for mild to moderate sleep apnea

This trial tests whether combining mouth and throat exercises with a CPAP machine (a device that gently pushes air to keep your airway open while you sleep) can help people with mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea breathe better at night. The study aims to see if this combination approach is effective and safe for you.

NCT07301125Enrolling by invitation
Tongue and mouth exercises for sleep apnea

This study tests if doing specific tongue and mouth exercises can help people with obstructive sleep apnea. If you have sleep apnea and are willing to pause other treatments for 3 months, you may be able to join.

Throat therapy for sleep apnea without CPAP

This trial tests a type of mouth and throat therapy to see if it can help people with mild to moderate sleep apnea who can't or don't want to use a CPAP machine. It might be an option if you want a non-machine treatment for your sleep apnea.
