Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You have pain in one shoulder that started without a sudden injury, lasting more than 3 months.
  • The pain is at least a 2 out of 10 when you move your arm.
  • You have not had a shoulder fracture, dislocation, or surgery in the past.
  • You haven’t had a steroid shot in the shoulder in the last 6 months.
