  • You are right-handed (meaning you use your right hand to write).
  • You have normal vision, or wear glasses/contacts to see normally.
  • You can see colors normally.
  • You do not have any major health problems like heart disease, diabetes, stomach issues, or brain/nervous system disorders.
  • You are not following a strict diet (like low-carb or Mediterranean diet) or pregnant or breastfeeding.
