This study looks at how your body posture might be related to shoulder pain. It is for people with shoulder impingement (pain when lifting the arm) who are not athletes. The goal is to understand if posture plays a role in shoulder problems.

Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 40 years old.
  • You have shoulder pain on one side, diagnosed as shoulder impingement (stage I or II).
  • You are not a professional or competitive athlete.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 29.9.
  • You have at least four specific shoulder pain signs, like pain when lifting your arm or tenderness in certain spots.
