Who can take part
- You are between 30 and 50 years old.
- You have shoulder pain on one side, especially when lifting your arm forward or to the side.
- You have not had shoulder physical therapy or a sudden flare-up of pain in the last 3 months.
- You have not had surgery on the affected shoulder, a corticosteroid shot in the last 3 months, or chronic steroid use.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 29.9.
- You do not have a full rotator cuff tear, frozen shoulder, shoulder instability, or numbness/tingling in your arm.
