Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic adenocarcinoma that is locally advanced and cannot be surgically removed.
- You have not had any prior treatment for your pancreatic cancer (such as chemo, radiation, or surgery).
- Your bilirubin (a liver test) is not too high, and you do not have active infection in your bile duct.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and you are in good enough health (ECOG 0 or 1) to walk around and care for yourself.
