  • You have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (a common type of pancreatic cancer).
  • Your cancer is locally advanced and has not spread to other organs (like the liver or brain).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You feel fairly well, able to handle daily activities (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You have not had any chemotherapy or immunotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer before.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
