Who can take part
- You are 18–75 years old.
- You have advanced pancreatic cancer (spread or can't be removed) and have tried treatment that didn't work or is not an option.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have no active autoimmune disease and have not had one in the past.
- You have not had recent major surgery or a heart problem in the last 6 months.
