  • Speak and read Lithuanian fluently
  • Have internet access on a device like a computer, tablet, or phone
  • Have PTSD symptoms from a one-time, short trauma (not ongoing abuse or repeated events)
  • Not currently in regular therapy or counseling for mental health
  • No changes to psychiatric medications in the past month
