Study of mirivadelgat for pulmonary hypertension with interstitial lung disease

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You need a confirmed diagnosis of interstitial lung disease, seen on a CT scan or lung biopsy.
  • You must have had a right heart catheterization (a test that measures pressures in your heart and lungs) showing high pressures and resistance.
  • You must be able to walk at least 100 meters but no more than 500 meters in six minutes.
  • You must not be on certain other PH medications (like riociguat or bosentan) within the last 60 days.
  • You must not have had a recent flare-up of your lung disease or a respiratory infection in the last 4 weeks.
