- You are 18 years old or older
- You are scheduled for a colonoscopy to remove colon polyps
- You have a flat (non-pedunculated) polyp that is at least 20 mm in size
- You do not have inflammatory bowel disease
- You do not have a polyp that is at the very beginning of the large intestine or blocking the appendix
- You are not pregnant and can safely have anesthesia and a colonoscopy
