Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You can complete the study in English
- You agreed to be contacted for follow-up studies when you joined the main study
- You are not currently in another type of talk therapy
- If you take psychiatric medication, you have been on the same dose for at least one month
- You had a score of 33 or higher on the PTSD checklist (PCL-5) in the main study
