Who can take part
- You are getting preventive services right now when you agree to join
- You have strong trauma symptoms (a severity score of 28+ or probable PTSD on a questionnaire)
- Your child is 1 to 10 years old, and you are their legal guardian with custody
- You can read, write, and speak English or Spanish
- In the last year, you have not had a suicide attempt, and you do not have current thoughts of suicide
- You do not have current psychosis symptoms, and you do not have severe substance or alcohol use problems that are not improving
