CAR-NK cell injection for advanced pancreatic cancer

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma or a related type called IPMN carcinogenesis.
- Your cancer is locally advanced (cannot be removed by surgery) or has come back after treatment, or you cannot have surgery due to other health reasons or personal choice.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
- Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges.
- If you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control from the start of the study until 6 months after the last treatment.
