CAR-NK Cells for Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old.
- Your pancreatic cancer is advanced (spread to nearby tissues or other organs), has come back, and has a specific marker called eGR1 that is strongly positive on at least 40% of cancer cells.
- You have tried standard treatments and they no longer work, you cannot tolerate them, or you choose not to take them.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You have not had any cancer treatment in the last 4 weeks.
- Your general health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG 0-2) and your doctor expects you to live more than 3 months.
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) are within safe ranges.
- You do not have active infections, serious heart or lung disease, autoimmune disease, or a history of other cell therapy.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control if needed.
