CAR-NK cell therapy for advanced pancreatic cancer

Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)Unresectable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Disease

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called CAR-NK cells that target two proteins (MSLN and MUC1) often found on pancreatic cancer cells. It is for people whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed, and who have already tried at least one standard treatment.

  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior standard treatment, or you cannot tolerate standard therapy.
  • A sample of your tumor shows it has the proteins MSLN and/or MUC1 (this will be checked by a special lab test).
