This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called CAR-NK cells that target two proteins (MSLN and MUC1) often found on pancreatic cancer cells. It is for people whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed, and who have already tried at least one standard treatment.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior standard treatment, or you cannot tolerate standard therapy.
- A sample of your tumor shows it has the proteins MSLN and/or MUC1 (this will be checked by a special lab test).
- You are in good enough health to be active and care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
