Who can take part

  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has grown despite prior treatment or you cannot tolerate standard therapy.
  • For part B, you must have received pembrolizumab before and your tumor either did not respond or stopped responding after initial improvement.
  • You must be willing to have a tumor biopsy before starting and have another tumor that can be measured.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to give consent.
  • Your overall health should be good (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and life expectancy at least 12 weeks.
  • You must have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts and no uncontrolled heart conditions.
