Who can take part

  • You must have a solid tumor that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor type cannot be primary brain cancer, breast, prostate, pancreatic, certain rare cancers, or melanoma of the eye or skin.
  • You must have tried all standard treatments that are known to help, and they no longer work.
  • You must be well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 to 2).
  • You must have adequate organ function, as shown by blood tests.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 90 days after the last dose (if you or your partner could get pregnant).
