Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a rotator cuff injury that started less than 3 months ago.
  • Your shoulder strength loss is less than 30% of normal.
  • You have shoulder pain when moving that is greater than 4 out of 10.
  • You have not had any previous shoulder surgery, and you do not have cancer, rheumatoid disease, an infection, a fracture, or a condition affecting your central nervous system.
  • You have not received other physical therapy for this injury, and you understand Spanish.
