Who can take part

  • You are an adult who can understand and agree to the study.
  • You have had surgery for shoulder instability, a rotator cuff repair, or frozen shoulder.
  • If you have shoulder instability, you must have been treated with surgery.
  • You do not have motion sickness, epilepsy, or a serious mental illness.
  • You do not have vision problems, intellectual disability, or injuries to both arms.
