Who can take part

  • Be between 40 and 70 years old
  • Had a rotator cuff tear fixed with a keyhole (arthroscopic) surgery
  • Start rehab within 7 days after leaving the hospital
  • Be willing to follow up at the IOR clinic in Argenta or Delta Hospital's rehab service
  • Have no other shoulder surgeries in the past
  • Be able to understand instructions in Italian
  • Have a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a stable Wi-Fi connection
