Who can take part
- Be between 40 and 70 years old
- Had a rotator cuff tear fixed with a keyhole (arthroscopic) surgery
- Start rehab within 7 days after leaving the hospital
- Be willing to follow up at the IOR clinic in Argenta or Delta Hospital's rehab service
- Have no other shoulder surgeries in the past
- Be able to understand instructions in Italian
- Have a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a stable Wi-Fi connection
