Who can take part

  • You have started peritoneal dialysis (PD) within the past 3 months and still have a Tenckhoff catheter in place.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You may or may not have type 2 diabetes.
  • Your kidneys still make at least 400 ml of urine per day, and your remaining kidney function is above a certain level.
  • You have not taken any SGLT2 inhibitors (like empagliflozin, dapagliflozin, or canagliflozin) in the past month.
