- You had either Roux-en-Y gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy 6 to 20 months ago.
- You reached your lowest weight after surgery and have regained less than 10% of the weight you lost at your best.
- Your surgery was done at Hartford Hospital or another Hartford HealthCare center.
- You are willing and able to follow a physical activity program and complete the study.
- You can walk without help and speak/read English at a 6th grade level or higher.
- You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
