- You are 21 years old or older
- You had a diabetic foot ulcer that healed within the past 12 months
- You can walk on your own (a cane is okay)
- You do not currently have an active foot ulcer
- You have not lost more than a toe or part of your foot to amputation
- You are not blind or deaf
