Who can take part

  • You are between 13 and 17 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and it's your main mental health concern.
  • You and your parent are willing to take part in the therapy sessions as outlined.
  • You speak and understand Finnish well.
  • You do not have severe depression, eating disorder, psychosis, or a pressing need for other mental health treatment.
