Who can take part

  • You are between 13 and 17 years old.
  • You feel significant anxiety or sadness that interferes with your daily life.
  • You can read and understand Romanian.
  • You are not currently in weekly talk therapy for anxiety/depression, or you have finished it at least 6 months ago.
  • You are not currently taking benzodiazepines (a type of anxiety/sleep medication) or other medications that haven't been stable for at least 6 weeks.
  • You have a device with internet access to participate in the online program.
