Who can take part

  • You have knee pain or trouble using your knee normally.
  • Your knee arthritis is mild to moderate (grade 2 or less on the Kellgren-Lawrence scale).
  • You have cartilage damage seen during a knee scope (arthroscopy).
  • You have signs of cartilage, meniscus, or bone marrow changes in your knee.
