Who can take part

  • You smoke cigarettes (not just e-cigarettes, hookah, or other tobacco products).
  • You have a moderate-to-high level of nicotine dependence (score of 5 or more on a standard test).
  • You own a smartphone and use the internet daily.
  • You are not currently using any other smoking-cessation program or treatment.
  • You do not have severe health problems like vision/hearing issues, dementia, Alzheimer's, or chronic lung disease.
