Can a chatbot and brain stimulation help your mental health?

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with being at risk for a serious mental illness (called ARMS) by a psychiatrist
  • Your symptoms have been fairly stable recently (not getting much better or worse quickly)
  • You are willing to participate and sign a consent form
  • You do not have a learning disability, alcohol or drug use problem, epilepsy, head injury, or certain medical devices like a pacemaker
  • You own and can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone
