- You have type 2 diabetes, diagnosed with high blood sugar levels (over 1.26 g/L on two tests).
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have a Marshall score of 3 or less (a measure of diabetes complications).
- You live in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France.
- You are eligible for and willing to join the 'Passerelle' program for adapted physical activity.
- You are not pregnant and do not have serious unstable conditions like recent heart attack, uncontrolled asthma, or very high blood sugar (HbA1c over 9%).
