- You are 18 or older
- You speak English
- You have been diagnosed with depression (unipolar, not bipolar) by your doctor
- Your depression symptoms are moderate to severe (PHQ-9 score of 10 or more)
- You do not have other serious mental health conditions like schizophrenia or active suicidal thoughts
- You do not have active alcohol or drug problems, and no dementia
