Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that shrunk to 3 cm or smaller after chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
- You are 18 years or older and in fairly good health (ECOG score less than 3).
- Your lung function is good enough for surgery (breathing tests at least 40% of normal).
- You have not had lung surgery before and are not currently smoking (or quit at least 4 weeks ago).
- You have no other active cancer (except some minor skin cancers) and no uncontrolled serious illnesses.
