Who can take part
- You are 18–74 years old and in good overall health (able to walk and do light activities)
- You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at stage IIA–IIIB, confirmed by tissue sample
- Your cancer is in one lung and has not spread to other lobes or had prior open chest surgery on that side
- You have already completed 2–4 cycles of immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor) combined with chemotherapy before enrolling
- Your lung function tests show you can tolerate surgery (FEV1 ≥1.5 liters or DLCO ≥40%)
- The tumor is at least 2 cm away from the main airway, making smaller surgery feasible
