Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has grown or worsened after previous targeted therapy (not donafenib) with or without immunotherapy or local treatments.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your liver function is good to moderate (Child-Pugh class A or B).
  • If you have hepatitis B or C, your virus levels must be controlled with proper treatment.
