Who can take part

  • You have biliary tract cancer that has spread to a few spots (up to 5 total, no more than 3 in one organ like the liver or lung).
  • You have already received 4 cycles of first-line chemotherapy, and your latest scan shows the cancer has not grown.
  • All of the cancer spots can be safely treated with targeted radiation therapy.
  • You are 18 years or older, and your general health is good enough to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within safe limits for radiation treatment.
  • You have not had any prior radiation or surgery to these specific cancer spots.
