Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have either Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis that involves your colon or ileocolic area, and you are currently having a flare
- Or you do not have IBD and have had a normal colonoscopy (no polyps, inflammation, or cancer)
- You have not taken antibiotics in the last 3 months
- You have not taken probiotic supplements in the last month
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
