Testing a new drug DCR-PDL1 for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a type of advanced solid tumor or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has not responded to standard treatment, has gotten worse during or after standard treatment, you could not tolerate standard treatment, or no standard treatment is available.
  • Your cancer must be measurable on scans and cannot be treated with surgery.
  • You should have a life expectancy of at least 3 months and be able to care for yourself (ECOG 0-2).
  • You must not have untreated or uncontrolled brain or spinal cord spread of cancer.
