  • You are 12 years old or older.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis (CF) — by a sweat test or genetic testing.
  • You are not eligible for CFTR modulators (like Kalydeco, Orkambi, Trikafta) or you haven't taken one for at least 28 days and won't start or restart during the study.
  • Your health has been stable (no major changes) for the past 28 days.
  • You have not had a lung transplant.
  • You are not pregnant or planning to get pregnant (if you are of childbearing age).
