Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with PiMZ alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.
- You are already part of the Alpha-1 Foundation Research Registry.
- Your lung function shows a certain level of blockage (FEV1 less than 80% predicted and FEV1/FVC below 70%).
- You have not had a COPD flare-up or lung infection in the last 6 weeks.
