  • You are a woman aged 65 or older.
  • You have a chronic disease like diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease.
  • You are a migrant living in Turkey for at least six months (you may or may not have citizenship).
  • You can communicate without problems and are willing to take part.
  • You do not have dementia, Alzheimer's, or a diagnosed mental illness that affects memory or thinking.
