This study tests whether talking with a counselor using a motivational approach can help postmenopausal women feel better about menopause and grow from their experience. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive this counseling or standard care.

Who can take part
- Your last menstrual period was 12 to 36 months ago (within the past 3 years)
- You are able to read and write in Turkish
- You can communicate clearly without major barriers
- You are not currently taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- You do not have a diagnosed psychiatric condition
- You are not currently receiving cancer treatment
