  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • You are in general good health and not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are willing to avoid any supplements with vitamin B3 (like niacin or NMN) for about 2 weeks before and during the study.
  • You are willing to take a small finger-prick blood test at home twice and share the results.
  • You do not have any serious health conditions (like psychiatric, neurologic, endocrine disorders, or cancer), and have not had a heart attack or stroke in the last 6 months.
