NAD+ supplement study for healthy adults aged 35-75

NADNAD+ Levels in the Blood

This study compares two versions of a supplement called Qualia NAD+ to see how well they increase NAD+ levels in your cells. NAD+ is a molecule that helps your cells produce energy and may support healthy aging. You will take the supplement for 28 days and measure your NAD+ levels at home with a simple finger-stick test.

Who can take part

  • You are between 35 and 75 years old and in good general health
  • You are willing to stop taking any supplements or products with niacin, niacinamide, nicotinamide riboside, or NMN for at least 2 weeks before the study starts and during the study
  • You can read and write English and have a cell phone for text messages
  • You are willing to do a finger-stick blood test at home on day 1 and day 28
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • You do not have a serious medical condition like cancer, a psychiatric or neurological disorder, or a recent heart problem
