This study asks support workers and managers about their experiences caring for people with learning disabilities after they leave the hospital. If you work in a care home or supported living service and have helped someone transition back into community living in the past three years, you may be able to join an interview.

Who can take part
- You are a support worker or manager in a care home or supported living service for people with learning disabilities.
- You have worked with someone who has a learning disability and was discharged from the hospital in the last three years.
- You supported that person for at least four months, including the first three years after discharge.
- You work in one of these areas: South London and Maudsley, Hertfordshire NHS University Trust, East London Foundation Trust, or North East London Foundation Trust.
- You can do the interview in English, either on Microsoft Teams or in person.
- For each person with learning disabilities, no more than two support workers and one manager from the same service can take part.
